that is the box jeremyg recommended, i have it in my car with 125 watts going to each eu and it puts out bass you would never expect from a pair of 6.5" speakers.

yea, i was looking at that. but i was trying to see if i could go with something that was closer to my measurements. with the baby stuff in the trunk, that box is gonna be sticking out too far. unless it would be alright to run it standing up with the subs and vent facing the rear deck? what do you think, its in the rear of an Accord

Jeremy...that box you drew up for the pair of 700s, how would it sound if i had it standing on end with the subs and port facing up towards the rear deck?

if anyone is willing to make me some plans, the dimensions are as follows:
31" wide, 8" deep and 12" tall

if a angled box could be done without a ton of extra work, the dimensions are:
31" wide, 9" btm depth, 6-1/2 top depth, 12" tall. the straight side would be where the subs would be mounted, angled side against rear seat back
