Crossover Components?

where do you guys buy em? I am looking at digikey and secondarily mouser. It seems some items have minimum quantity (1000+) though. not interested in that, but looking for reliable parts with good shipping. I don;t mind paying for speedy convenience. Oh yeah, and perf board or copper clad to design circuits. thanks in advance.
