no, I know what happened..... jennifer's apt complex has a car wash port.....the car wash port has a power washer style gun attached to the hose for washing/rinsing.....I cleaned the door sills, shut the door and proceeded to "gun" down the door sills from outside, and the water must have somehow made it over the door sill. I'm dumb. It has to be that because I have checked and checked my top since being replaced to make sure there are no leaks there......

Very bittersweet.

PS. fcking padding under the carpet can hold A LOT of water.....
