I'm looking to get a little fiberglass work done, but the few car audio shops in my town don't mess with fiberglass.
Anyone know of a reputable shop in my Tri-State area?
This might better in another section, so feel free to move if necessary.

Its an 07 civic.

Because, I would rather pay someone to do it for me...
I realize fiber glassing isn't too difficult. I could probably handle it, but its just not something I want to get into.

its not hard, just time consuming and the bondo and sanding part is really critical for a good looking finished product, if you go to a shop to get it done you are easily looking at $500 if not more to make a fiberglass enclosure

Something almost exactly like this one, except for a 10" and carpeted.
I know Q-Logic makes something like this, but they look like crap...

$800 easy in a shop... find someone on here willing to build it for ya, or expect to pay atleast $800 for one like that... Hence why most of us would just rater do it ourselves, and not have to dish out $600 worth of labor fee's.

The cost of paying someone to build an enclosure is the reason why I stick with DIY - in the majority of cases the enclosure costs you more than the actual drivers. Then again, if you have the cash, I can defiantly justify the decision to pay someone from a time perspective.

Well thanks for the suggestions...
I guess I just didn't realize how expensive it was really going to be. I suppose if I found a shop and got a quote it would make me think twice.
Looks like just another project I get to start on! Yippeee! Will this install ever be done?
