Unfortunately we can not provide technical or RMA support over the board.

We apologize for any inconvenience but any posts related to RMA support will promptly be deleted due to issues arising from this. If the equipment from was purchased from Elemental Designs support must be through Elemental Designs directly.

Please direct all correspondence to RMA dept at rma@edesignaudio.com.

Since the board has moved from ICIX there has been a lot of confusion about this. Contact channels with the company have not changed.

There is live support for install assistance but RMA must be done via email. This is done for a reason and posting it here only makes the lives of those employed to assist with the situation exceptionally frustrating. They want to help. They don't want to upset you. Please allow them to.
